Preview: 39th Clark's Pump-N-Shop Kentucky Men's Senior Amateur Championship

BOWLING GREEN, KY (September 22–23, 2025) – A familiar fall tradition is about to return, as Indian Hills Country Club prepares to welcome the state’s finest senior golfers for the 39th Clark’s Pump-N-Shop Kentucky Men’s Senior Amateur Championship.

For two days, the rolling fairways and demanding greens of Indian Hills Country Club will serve as the proving ground where veterans and fresh contenders alike battle for one of Kentucky golf’s most respected titles. The championship has long been a stage where legends are made, and this year’s field promises the same mix of experience and ambition that has defined the event for nearly four decades.

What makes 2025 especially noteworthy is the evolution of the Senior Division. For the first time, the format stretches to 54 holes, testing endurance and consistency with 36 holes packed into Monday’s opening day, followed by a decisive 18 on Tuesday. Adding to the prestige, the Senior Division will now be recognized in the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR), placing Kentucky’s top senior talent on the international stage.

As the opening tee shots draw near, the question lingers: will a past champion rise again, or will a new name claim a place in the record books?  One thing is certain: this year’s championship will deliver another memorable chapter in the history of Kentucky golf.
