More than $18,000 Raised in KGF's Online Auction

The Kentucky Golf Foundation's 2021 edition of the Online Auction set a new record in funds raised, as $18,269 was generated in the two-week bidding program that took place August 2 - August 16.

34 items, services or experiences that were generously donated by members of the Kentucky golf community received a total of 219 bids that added up to the record mark north of $18,000. Every dollar generated will now be used to further develop and grow the KGF and its key programs that include Youth on Course, the Kentucky PGA Junior Tour and PGA HOPE among others.

Combined with the massive success of the ISCO Industries Youth on Course Pro-Am presented by Kindred Healthcare which took place at Valhalla Golf Club on August 2, it has been a triumphant month for growing the game of golf in Kentucky. Because of the generosity displayed by everyone who has played a role in generating these funds, the KGF's mission of promoting enjoyment through golf in Kentucky will be able to continue for years to come.
