Keith Reese, PGA Named 2026 KPGA Golf Professional of the Year

November 24, 2025 (Louisville, KY) - Keith Reese, PGA has been named the 2026 KPGA Golf Professional of the Year. Keith has devoted over 35 years to Valhalla Golf Club, where he has been a defining leader through eras of growth and change. Rising from Head Golf Professional to General Manager in 2013, Keith played a pivotal role in hosting major championships, including three PGA Championships and the 2008 Ryder Cup, and skillfully guided Valhalla through its club sale and major renovations over the last few years.

Beyond his leadership at Valhalla, Keith has been a driving force in the Kentucky PGA Section, serving as Board Secretary, committee co-chair, and mentor. Renowned for his people-first approach, he has inspired fellow professionals and expanded the game’s reach through youth, diversity, and veterans’ initiatives, embodying the highest standards of professionalism and service in golf.

We will celebrate Keith and the entire class of award winners on Monday of the KPGA Annual Summit taking place February 9-10, 2025 at the Louisville Marriott East!
