Dever | E-Z-Go Fall Member Conference Information

The virtual rendition of the Dever E-Z-GO Fall Member Conference is scheduled for Monday, December 7, 2020, beginning at 9:00 a.m. EST. The meeting will be delivered through a live video stream with integration of pre-recorded videos. As previously noted, the business meeting will be the only segment conducted that day, with additional education opportunities being delivered virtually throughout the winter months.

This document outlines some of the adjustments to the normal delivery of the business meeting, specifically the elections for the two (2) District Director positions as well as the two (2) Director At-Large positions. There is also a "frequently asked questions" section to address any initial questions one may have regarding the meeting. Please review this document and note the deadlines for video submission if you are running for a Board of Director position.

At the end of the month you will receive an email with a link to a simulated (test) meeting. This simulated meeting will provide an opportunity for you to quickly log into a virtual meeting to test technology capabilities of any device you may elect to use for the December 7 virtual meeting.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to Jeff Adkerson (jadkerson@kygolf.org) or Connie Saner (csaner@kygolf.org) with questions regarding the meeting. Agendas and Member programs will be distributed digitally in advance of the meeting.

We look forward to being with you virtually for the Dever E-Z-GO Fall Member Conference. You can register by clicking here.
