KGA Amateur Series #2 Wraps Up at Wildwood CC

Wildwood Country Club hosted the second KGA Amateur Series tournament of 2019 on Monday, May 6. A beautiful day of weather graced the Louisville facility for the 100+ golfers across Kentucky who played in another fantastic event to begin the 2019 season. The following golfers won the eight divisions that were up for grabs:

  • Nick Johnston – Open, Gross – 73 (+1)
  • Angi Patel – Open, Net – 74 (+2)
  • Christopher Chee – Senior, Gross – 72 (+1)
  • Brian James – Senior, Net – 70 (-2)
  • Gary Backlund – Masters, Gross – 75 (+3)
  • Ricky Bourne – Masters, Net – 70 (-2)
  • Ken Roederer - Legends, Gross – 74 (+2)
  • Bruce Walters - Legends, Net – 69 (-3)

The Kentucky Golf Association congratulates each of the eight champions on their victories. The KGA also expresses its thanks towards Wildwood Country Club for providing their golf course to us and each of the players who came out to play in the event.
