Entries by telephone or fax are unacceptable. Time limit for entry means time of receipt at Golf House Kentucky (not time of postmark). The KPGA shall not be responsible for misdirected mail. A confirmation of receipt shall be returned by either e-mail or postcard.

ELIGIBILITY: KPGA Senior Professionals must have playing privileges for 2010 and must be residents of Kentucky or be affiliated with the Kentucky Section PGA. Amateurs must be residents of Kentucky, have a current KGA-PGA, Inc. handicap index and have reached the age of 50 by Sept. 8, 2010.
