ENTRY FEE: $55.00 < Additional $50.00 for contestants advancing to final site.
A $35.00 Service Charge will be applied to all Returned Checks.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Monday, April 26, 2010 – 5:00 p.m. EDT
Entries by telephone or fax are unacceptable. Time limit for entry means time of receipt at Golf House Kentucky (not time of postmark). The KPGA shall not be responsible for misdirected mail. A confirmation of receipt shall be returned by either e-mail or postcard.
ELIGIBILITY:
Class A or Life Member of the Kentucky Section PGA having reached the age of 50 by May 3, 2010 with playing privileges for 2010. (Entry Application Agreement located in member services area of website)
